A letter from Christopher Kmet, Executive Director

Throughout my professional career, the wellbeing and best interests of our residents, family members, and staff has always been my foremost concern. I have proudly served as the Executive Director for Rosecastle at Delaney Creek since 2017, and I have been able to create so many great relationships and memories with our family of residents, staff, and community friends and neighbors here.
As I see it, helping others is one of my talents, most cherished use of time, and is truly a treasure for me personally. Truly, serving our residents has been – and continues to be – the most fulfilling pursuit of my professional career.
I will forever be grateful for the unique individuals and circumstances which helped lead me to discovering my passion for serving others and the fulfillment serving as the leader of this senior living community has brought me. Ultimately, I cannot imagine myself in any other profession than health care.
It is also such a privilege and joy to serve alongside such a committed team of like-minded individuals on our staff who are equally devoted to providing exceptional care to our residents and their loved ones.
At Rosecastle at Delaney Creek, we are a family, and as the Executive here one of my favorite aspects of my job is getting to form personal connections within our family – with residents, staff, residents’ family and loved ones, and our community partners.
I am proud to serve this community and each individual who calls it home. If you’re reading this and I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting you, I look forward to getting to know you and introducing you to our wonderful community here in Brandon, Florida. If you’re reading this and we have already connected, thank you for being a part of our Rosecastle family and I look forward to growing with you.

If there were an award for amazing administrators, I would a absolutely nominate Christopher Kmet. Not only is he kind and supportive to all the residents in the Rose Castle community, he is an able and admirable leader for all employees in his organization. In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Christopher is just the best kind of boss because he supports and encourages his staff in every way, rolling up his sleeves to help where needed- certainly a rare find in my professional (nursing) and personal (daughter of an RC resident for two years) experience. Thank you for everything you do, Christopher. You are the best !
